# Pipedrive

> Let Jamie find deals, persons, and organizations in Pipedrive, and log meetings there as notes and activities

## Set up for yourself

Needs the Pro, Team, or Enterprise plan. Your own connection works in Ask Jamie, Sidekick, briefings, and your own workflows.

**1. In Pipedrive**

Nothing to prepare. You sign in with your own Pipedrive login.

**2. In Jamie**

1. Open [**Settings → Agent → Connectors**](https://app.meetjamie.ai/settings/agent#connectors)
2. Find **Pipedrive** and click **Connect**
3. In the popup, sign in to Pipedrive and approve access

Jamie sees only what your Pipedrive account can see. Every note and activity that Jamie logs in Pipedrive shows as yours.

## Set up for the workspace (admins only)

Needs the Team or Enterprise plan. Only [workspace workflows](https://docs.meetjamie.ai/agent/workflows.md#workspace-workflows) use this connection. Jamie signs in with the API token of a service account: a Pipedrive user that your team creates only for Jamie.

**1. In Pipedrive**

1. Add the service account as a user. See [Pipedrive's guide to adding a user](https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/how-can-i-add-a-user)
2. Sign in to Pipedrive as the service account
3. Copy the API token from **Personal preferences → API**. See [Pipedrive's guide to finding the API token](https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/how-can-i-find-my-personal-api-key)
4. Find your company domain. This is the part of your Pipedrive address before `.pipedrive.com`

**2. In Jamie**

1. Open [**Settings → Agent → Connectors**](https://app.meetjamie.ai/settings/agent#connectors) and select **Pipedrive**
2. Under **Workspace connection**, click **Add service account key**
3. Enter your company domain in **Pipedrive company domain**
4. Paste the API token into **Pipedrive API token** and click **Save Pipedrive key**

Workspace workflows act as the service account, not as the person in the meeting. Every note and activity that they log in Pipedrive shows the service account's name.

## What Jamie can do

Jamie can:

* Find deals, persons, and organizations, and read their details, including your custom fields
* Log a meeting as a note or an activity on the deal, person, or organization
* Update a deal: move it to another stage, change its value, or mark it won or lost

Jamie can do more than this list. It can't delete anything in Pipedrive.

Try asking: *"Add a note with this meeting's summary to the Acme deal in Pipedrive"*

## Disconnect

* **Your own connection.** Open **Pipedrive** in [**Settings → Agent → Connectors**](https://app.meetjamie.ai/settings/agent#connectors) and click **Disconnect**.
* **The workspace connection.** Under **Workspace connection**, click **Disconnect**. Workspace workflows that use Pipedrive pause. They start again when a workspace admin connects Pipedrive again.
