# Security & Compliance

> How Jamie handles your data, where it's processed, and the documents for your review.

* No customer data (transcripts, summaries, etc.) is ever used for AI model training.
* Audio is processed as a live stream for transcription and deleted immediately afterward — only the text transcript and summary are retained, in the EU.
* All meeting content (transient audio during transcription, transcripts, summaries, and action items) is processed exclusively within the EU.
