# Apple Subscription

> Learn how to view, change, or cancel your Jamie subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.

If you subscribed to Jamie through the Apple App Store, you can manage your subscription directly from your device. Below you'll find step-by-step instructions for both Mac and iPhone.

  With an Apple subscription, you can only upgrade to the **Personal (Pro & Plus)** plans. If you'd like to switch to a **Team** or **Enterprise** plan, please reach out to us at [support@meetjamie.ai](mailto:support@meetjamie.ai) and we'll help you get set up.

## Manage your subscription

    You can manage your Jamie subscription directly from the Settings app on your iPhone.

    <Steps>
      <Step title="Open Settings">
        Open the **Settings** app on your iPhone.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Tap your name">
        Tap your **name** at the top of the Settings screen to open your Apple Account settings.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Go to Subscriptions">
        Tap **Subscriptions**. You'll see a list of all your active and expired subscriptions.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Select Jamie">
        Tap the **Jamie** subscription from the list.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Make changes">
        From here, you can:

        * **Change your plan** — Select a different option from the available plans.
        * **Cancel your subscription** — Tap **Cancel Subscription** and confirm. You may need to scroll down to find this button.

    <Tip>
      If there's no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

  <Tab title="Mac">
    On Mac, you manage your subscriptions through **System Settings**.

      <Step title="Open System Settings">
        Open the **System Settings** app on your Mac.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Click your name">
        Click your **name** at the top of the sidebar to open your Apple Account settings. If you don't see your name, click **Sign In** first.

      <Step title="Go to Media & Purchases">
        Click **Media & Purchases**.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Manage Subscriptions">
        Click **Manage** next to **Subscriptions**.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Select Jamie">
        Find and select the **Jamie** subscription from the list.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Make changes">
        From here, you can:

        * **Change your plan** — Select a different option from the available plans.
        * **Cancel your subscription** — Click **Cancel Subscription** and confirm. You may need to scroll down to find this button.

    No. Apple subscriptions only support upgrades to the Personal (Pro & Plus) plans. If you'd like to move to a Team or Enterprise plan, please contact us at [support@meetjamie.ai](mailto:support@meetjamie.ai).

    After you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, and you can continue using Jamie until the period expires.

    Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used when you originally subscribed. If you're still having trouble, check your email for a receipt from Apple to confirm which account was used.
