If you subscribed to Jamie through the Apple App Store, you can manage your subscription directly from your device. Below you’ll find step-by-step instructions for both Mac and iPhone.
With an Apple subscription, you can only upgrade to the Personal (Pro & Plus) plans. If you’d like to switch to a Team or Enterprise plan, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll help you get set up.

Manage your subscription

You can manage your Jamie subscription directly from the Settings app on your iPhone.

Open Settings

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

Tap your name

Tap your name at the top of the Settings screen to open your Apple Account settings.

Go to Subscriptions

Tap Subscriptions. You’ll see a list of all your active and expired subscriptions.

Select Jamie

Tap the Jamie subscription from the list.

Make changes

From here, you can:
  • Change your plan — Select a different option from the available plans.
  • Cancel your subscription — Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You may need to scroll down to find this button.
If there’s no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

No. Apple subscriptions only support upgrades to the Personal (Pro & Plus) plans. If you’d like to move to a Team or Enterprise plan, please contact us at [email protected].
After you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again, and you can continue using Jamie until the period expires.
Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used when you originally subscribed. If you’re still having trouble, check your email for a receipt from Apple to confirm which account was used.
