You have recently upgraded your Jamie account to a paid plan, and you would now like to download your invoice? You can easily download your invoices (and receipts) by opening our billing portal in your Jamie app and downloading the relevant invoice under “Invoice History”.

Step by step:

  1. Go to your Settings
  2. Select Billing in the settings menu
  3. Click Open billing portal
  4. Open the relevant invoice under Invoice History
  5. Click Download invoice
