Mobile App

You can now take Jamie with you wherever you go thanks to the Jamie mobile app, available for iOS in the App Store and for Android on Google Play. Whether you’re already using Jamie on your laptop or just getting started, the mobile app helps you stay on top of your meetings on the move. After downloading the app, simply create a new account or sign in with your existing Jamie account. Everything stays synced across devices - meetings recorded on mobile appear instantly on desktop, and vice versa. With the mobile app, you can record in-person meetings, making it perfect for on-site discussions or conversations outside your usual workspace. Inside the app, you can view your meetings and tasks, and you can also use Ask AI to get quick insights on your summaries, wherever you are. Editing features are not yet available on mobile, but all your content remains accessible and synced.

iPhone widgets and shortcuts

Start a new recording without opening the app. Jamie’s New Meeting shortcut works with Siri, the Shortcuts app, the Action button, and Control Center.

Siri

Say “Siri, start a new Jamie meeting” or “Siri, start recording with Jamie” — Jamie opens and starts recording right away.

Shortcuts

1. Open the Shortcuts app and tap +.
2. Search for Jamie and add the New Meeting action.
3. Run it from the Shortcuts app, a Home Screen icon, or an automation.

Action button

1. Open Settings → Action Button (iPhone 15 Pro or later).
2. Swipe to Shortcut, tap Choose a Shortcut, and select Jamie’s New Meeting.
3. Press and hold the Action button to start recording.

Control Center

1. Swipe down from the top-right corner to open Control Center.
2. Press and hold the screen, then tap Add a Control.
3. Search for Jamie and add New Meeting.
4. Tap the control anytime to start recording.
