Workflows are rolling out gradually. If you don’t see Workflows in your
sidebar yet, it hasn’t been enabled for your workspace.
Create a workflow
- Open Workflows from the sidebar
- Describe what you want in the chat — for example: “After every external meeting, create a note in Notion with the summary and action items”
- Jamie drafts the workflow and asks follow-up questions where it needs detail — which connector to use, which meetings it should run for
- Test it on a recent meeting before turning it on: “Test it on my most recent meeting”
When workflows run
Runs and results
Every run produces a one-line result describing what happened (“Created Salesforce activity…”). You’ll find runs in two places:- The Workflows page — expand any workflow to see its run history
- The meeting page — the workflows panel shows what ran for that meeting, live while it’s running
Approvals
By default, automatic runs don’t write to your external tools. Instead, Jamie does a dry run, collects the actions it would take, and pauses with Waiting for your approval. Review the run and click Approve & run — Jamie then executes exactly the actions you saw, nothing more. Once you trust a workflow, you can allow it to write automatically without approval — Jamie will suggest this in the builder chat, or you can ask for it directly.Manage workflows
Click a workflow to open its details:- Active toggle — pause a workflow without deleting it
- Instructions — edit inline, or click Edit in chat to refine it conversationally
- History — every run, newest first

Connect your tools
Workflows use connectors to reach your tools — Notion, your CRM, and more.
