Jamie uses everything in your meetings and the tools you connect. It can:
  • Answer your questions
  • Prepare you for upcoming meetings
  • Do the work after a meeting, such as logging a call in your CRM or posting a recap in Slack
You can use it in four places:

Ask Jamie

Chat with your meetings, rewrite summaries, and do work in your tools

Workflows

Let Jamie do the work after every meeting that matches

Briefings

Get context from past meetings, people, and tasks before each meeting

Sidekick

Ask about what people say while you’re still in the meeting

What each one uses

Jamie works in your other tools through connectors. Each connector lets Jamie work in one tool, such as HubSpot or Slack. Most connections are your own. A workspace admin can also connect some tools for the workspace. A workspace connection is one connection that a workspace admin makes for the whole workspace. Only workspace workflows use workspace connections.

Skills

A skill is an instruction Jamie remembers, such as how you like follow-up emails written. Ask Jamie, Sidekick, and briefings use your skills. Workflows don’t, so put those instructions in the workflow itself. To add a skill, open Settings → Agent → Skills and click Add skill. Or tell Jamie in a chat: “Remember as a skill that I always want follow-ups in bullet points.” Skills are personal. Nobody else in your workspace sees them.

Connectors, integrations, and Jamie in other AI tools

Jamie connects to other tools in three ways. You connect each one in a different place. They don’t share connections. With an integration, you send the notes by hand, or Jamie sends them after every meeting.
Jamie can make mistakes. Check important details before you share what it writes. Before you let a workflow run automatically, check what it will do.
