Jamie is your assistant for everything before, during and after your meetings. Ask a question in plain language, or let Jamie do the work: rewrite your summary, draft the follow-up, create the tasks, and update your other tools.

Open Ask Jamie

You can open Ask Jamie in three ways: Find your recent chats under Chats. Ask Jamie knows where you are. Inside a meeting, it answers about that meeting. In the meetings list, it searches across all of them. To ask about one project, client, or team, filter by a tag first.

Get answers across all your meetings

Ask about one meeting or a whole quarter’s worth. Jamie searches your meetings. When it needs the exact words, it reads the transcripts.
  • “Recap this week’s meetings”
  • “What did we agree with Acme about pricing?”
  • “Which customer issues came up most this month?”
  • “What have I discussed with jane@acme.com?”

Rewrite your summary

Not quite the summary you wanted? Just ask. Inside a meeting, tell Jamie what to change in the chat bar at the bottom of the page. You see the summary update live. More things to ask:
  • “Add a section on next steps”
  • “Make this shorter and focus on the decisions”
  • “Move the decisions to the top”
Changed your mind? Click Undo to get the previous version back.
Click into the meeting chat bar for one-click actions:
  • Draft a follow-up email
  • Shorten summary
  • Add scratchpad to summary. This adds your own notes from the meeting to the summary.

Draft follow-ups and updates

Jamie writes these from what people actually said:
  • A follow-up email, ready to send
  • A Slack update for your team
  • Interview feedback
  • A status report
Click copy. Then paste it wherever you need it.

Create tasks and organize meetings

  • “Create tasks for everything I promised in this meeting”
  • “What action items are still open from this week?”
  • “Tag all my calls with Acme this month as Acme”
  • “Create a template for customer discovery calls”
Tasks appear right in the chat. There you can:
  • Check them off
  • Assign them
  • Set due dates

Work with your other tools

Connect your CRM and work tools, and Jamie can read from them and act in them, together with everything it knows about your meetings.
  • “Update the Acme opportunity in Salesforce with the next steps”
  • “Log this meeting on the Acme deal in HubSpot”
  • “Save the summary to our Acme folder in SharePoint”
To connect a tool, click Connectors under the message box, then Browse connectors. See Ways to connect. The checkboxes in the same menu turn each tool on or off in your chats, workflows, and briefings.
Ask Jamie makes changes in your connected tools straight away, so be specific about what you want. To check something first, ask Jamie to show you a draft before it sends or saves anything.
