Connectors give Jamie access to your other tools. With them, Jamie can look things up and take the actions you ask for. Ask Jamie, Sidekick, briefings, and workflows all use connectors. You manage them in Settings → Agent → Connectors.

For yourself or for the workspace

You can connect a tool with your own account, for your chats, briefings, and workflows. A workspace admin can also connect a tool once for the whole workspace, for workspace workflows. See Ways to connect.

Every connector at a glance

Some tools use an API key or a token. This is a code that you create in the tool. Jamie uses it to sign in to the tool. The list in Settings → Agent → Connectors shows every connector available to you. If a tool is missing there, your workspace admin may have limited who can use it. See Admin controls.
