Set up for yourself

Works on all plans. Your own connection works in Ask Jamie, Sidekick, briefings, and your own workflows.

In Attio

Nothing to prepare. You sign in with your own Attio login.

In Jamie

  1. Open Settings → Agent → Connectors
  2. Find Attio and click Connect
  3. In the popup, sign in to Attio and approve access
Jamie works as you in Attio, so it sees only what your Attio account can see. Your own connection uses Attio’s own connector.

Set up for the workspace (admins only)

Needs the Team or Enterprise plan. Only workspace workflows use this connection. Jamie signs in with an Attio access token and uses its own Attio connector, which can do more with meetings.

In Attio

  1. Sign in as an Attio admin. Only admins can create access tokens
  2. Open Workspace settings → Developers and create an access token for Jamie. See Attio’s guide to access tokens
  3. Choose the token’s permissions. Attio calls them scopes. They decide what workflows can read and write
  4. Copy the token

In Jamie

  1. Open Settings → Agent → Connectors
  2. Find Attio and click Connect
  3. Choose Connect for the workspace. If you already connected Attio for yourself, click Connect for the workspace on the second Attio row instead
  4. Paste the token into Attio access token and click Save Attio key
Workspace workflows act as the access token, not as the person whose meeting it is. When Jamie writes a note, it names that person.

What Jamie can do

Jamie can:
  • Find people, companies, and deals, and read their details and notes
  • Add or update notes, such as a meeting summary
  • With the workspace connection, save a meeting as a native Attio call, with the full transcript
Jamie can do more than this list. With the workspace connection, it can’t delete anything in Attio. Try asking: “Add a note with this meeting’s summary to Acme in Attio”

Disconnect

  • Your own connection. Open Attio in Settings → Agent → Connectors and click Disconnect Attio.
  • The workspace connection. Open the Attio row that says Connected for the workspace. Under Workspace connection, click Disconnect. Workspace workflows that use Attio pause. They start again when a workspace admin connects Attio again.
