Set up for yourself

Works on all plans. Your own connection works in Ask Jamie, Sidekick, briefings, and your own workflows. An API key is a code that you create in Streak. Jamie uses it to sign in to Streak.

In Streak

  1. In Gmail, open the Streak sidebar
  2. Choose Integrations, then Streak API → Create new key. See Streak’s guide to API keys
  3. Copy the key

In Jamie

  1. Open Settings → Agent → Connectors
  2. Find Streak and click Connect
  3. Paste the key into API key and click Connect
When you click Connect, Jamie checks the key. The check changes nothing in Streak. Jamie sees only the pipelines that you can see. Everything Jamie writes in Streak shows as yours. To test or change the key later, open Streak and click Manage key.

Set up for the workspace (admins only)

Needs the Team or Enterprise plan. Only workspace workflows use this connection. Jamie signs in with the API key of a shared Google account that your team creates only for Jamie.

In Streak

  1. Create a shared Google account for Jamie
  2. Sign in to Streak with the shared account
  3. In Gmail, open the Streak sidebar
  4. Choose Integrations, then Streak API → Create new key. See Streak’s guide to API keys
  5. Copy the key. Don’t use your own key

In Jamie

  1. Open Settings → Agent → Connectors and select Streak
  2. Under Workspace connection, click Add service account key
  3. Paste the key into Streak API key and click Save Streak key
Workspace workflows act as the shared account, not as the person in the meeting. They see only the pipelines shared with that account.

What Jamie can do

Jamie can:
  • Search boxes (your deals and other records), contacts, and organizations across all your pipelines
  • Log meeting notes or a call log on a box
  • Create boxes, move them to another stage, and set their custom fields
Jamie can do more than this list. It can’t delete anything in Streak. Try asking: “Move Acme to Negotiating in Streak and add a task to send the contract”

Disconnect

  • Your own connection. Open Streak in Settings → Agent → Connectors, click Manage key, and then click Disconnect.
  • The workspace connection. Under Workspace connection, click Disconnect. Workspace workflows that use Streak pause. They start again when a workspace admin connects Streak again.
