Set up for yourself
Needs the Team or Enterprise plan. You don’t connect DealCloud yourself: Jamie support connects it once for your whole workspace. We call this the support connection. It works in everyone’s Ask Jamie, Sidekick, briefings, and own workflows. For the support connection, Jamie signs in as a DealCloud API user, an account that your team creates only for Jamie. In DealCloud
- Create an API user for Jamie. Its user group needs API access. See DealCloud’s guide to API keys
- On the API user’s API key page, copy the site URL, client ID, and API key
In Jamie
- Email the site URL, client ID, and API key to support@meetjamie.ai. Settings → Integrations → DealCloud lists what to send
- After Jamie support connects DealCloud, open DealCloud in Settings → Agent → Connectors
- Check that its details show Workspace connection configured by Jamie support and used by the workspace.
- Check that Enabled in chats and workflows is on

What Jamie can do
Jamie can:- Find companies, contacts, and deals, and read their fields, including your site’s own custom fields
- Log a meeting as a new interaction, with the notes, date, internal attendees, and linked companies, contacts, and deals
- Add to the notes of an existing interaction without losing what’s already there
Disconnect
- Your own chats. There’s nothing to disconnect. You can still stop Jamie from using DealCloud in your chats. Open DealCloud in Settings → Agent → Connectors and turn off Enabled in chats and workflows.
- The workspace connection. Under Workspace connection, click Disconnect. Workspace workflows then use the support connection, if there is one. If there isn’t, workspace workflows pause. They start again when a workspace admin connects DealCloud again.
- The support connection. You can’t disconnect it in Jamie. Contact support@meetjamie.ai.
